Team Foundation Server 2015 Compatibility #126

Can someone point me to an older version of this extension that is compatible with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2015. It looks like this one is only for TFS version 2017 or later and I'm running into an issue trying to use it with TFS 2015. Thanks.
