When hoovering over the field label, the label name is shown as tooltip. I expect the Description and Field name to be shown in the tooltip (as also is shown for other fields). Especially the showing field name is handy, when you do not know the fieldname and want to use the field in a work item query.

Thanks for the feedback. I will put this issue on our internal tracking board so the product owner can prioritize it. You are always welcome to create a pull request your self to improve the extension.
