For a new team without any retrospective board, retrospective page is coming as blank. The extension can currently only used by teams which have already retrospective boards.

We're also having this issue. Our users are frustrated that they can't use this feature for their sprint closeout week. It's only happening on projects/teams that have never used retrospectives before. Teams that have used it, it's working fine

Having a similar issue. The page is blank when I try to access the Retrospective board for the first time. Any idea when this will be fixed?

hey folks, sorry for the inconvenience. I just fixed the problem and released a new version. (1.60.7)
