[Feature Request] Add a timer that limits how much time people have #44

Add a timer that limits how much time people have for these activities:

  1. writing card-feedback for each column.
  2. voting on items in each column.

There exists the timer for discussion so having something collecting feedback and voting would be great. I know my team uses external timers so having one in-tool would be great!

We would also like to have additional timers for the other retro phases, especially voting. We would also prefer a general timer, not a timer for each item like in the act phase. Currently using https://retrotool.io/ but evaluating this extension.
