Azure DevOps Service Extension Installation #756

Describe the bug We are unable to install the 'Retrospectives' extension on Azure DevOps Service organisation. Organisation Name: CQCHRFT

We get an exception (500 - Something went wrong!) message. Please see attached image.

Are you using the Retrospectives Tool on-prem? [ ] Yes [ X ] No

If Yes, what version of the extension?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Azure DevOps Service -> Organisation Settings -> Extensions -> Requested Extension'
  2. Click on 'Approve button on the top right of the screen'
  3. See error "500 - Something went wrong!"

Expected behavior The extension is installed.

I tried to install the extension again yesterday (05/06/2024) and it was successful.
