vso-task-lib has been renamed to vsts-task-lib, old name deprecated in npm #1

We should switch any reference to vso-task-lib to vsts-task-lib. vsts-task-lib is already a point release ahead of vso-task-lib. vso-task-lib is 0.5.5 and vsts-task-lib is 0.5.6.
