Calendar now showing at all #179

I just added the extension on my VSTS project but it is not showing at all - there is no tab next to Overview to get to the calendar. I reinstalled but it did not help.

We're closing old issues so we can get back to actively maintaining the extension. Feel free to reopen if this is still an issue for you.
