Hi, I'm working on migration of a project from Azure DevOps Server 2020 Update 1 to Azure DevOps Services. Is this project still maintained and can meet my need? I'm asking this question because the last commit is from 2019!

I realize this is like a year later, but this tool still does work, I am using to Migrate items from Version Dev17.M153.5 to hosted DevOps
