Hyperlinks no longer inserted into VSTS item when linked #76

I was hoping for some help with this. I had a V1 of the Zendesk app and whenever I linked a ticket to a VSTS item a hyperlink was created in VSTS. It does not appear to be doing that after the upgrade to the latest version.

Any assistance is appreciated.
