Adding some workarounds for known issues and adding reference to more readable and actionable error location in Event Viewer

Overall looks great. Could you break lines, so we don't have super long lines? Also could you backquote Application and Services/Microsoft/Windows/AppxPackagingOM/Microsoft-Windows-AppxPackaging/Operational? And there's a typo in that string, Windwos -> Windows
