Add instructions for packaging with Visual Studio to documentation.

First of all, we need hi-res images. We need to make sure that every letter is clear and readable in all of our images. So maybe use a hi-res monitor to do the screenshot? Or you can zoom in.

And in general, we are giving tutorials for "how to package your app into win32-app-isolation". We should expect the reader has basic knowledge about how to make a win32 app. So maybe the last section - how to install the app is not needed.

As you can tell from the link check, the success image (13) is not linked because of a capitalization error.

I will do a more detailed review as well.
