sme-common-settings loose changes after a couple of back and forth switches #52

This can be reproduced in the Dev tools available in 1904 build.

  1. Go to Settings Control page. Go to tab "multiple forms"
  2. Change the value Name to "test"
  3. Switch to tab 2.
  4. Switch to tab 1.
  5. Switch to tab 2.
  6. Switch to tab 1. Value "test" is now lost.
