Allow to delete old packages from submission. #27

After publish flight several times we have package list like this: 1_app_10.0.39.0_x64.appxuploadd 2_app_10.0.39.0_x86.appxuploadd 0_app_10.0.39.0_ARM.appxupload 1_app_10.0.38.0_x64.appxuploadd 2_app_10.0.38.0_x86.appxuploadd 0_app_10.0.38.0_ARM.appxupload 1_app_10.0.37.0_x64.appxuploadd 2_app_10.0.37.0_x86.appxuploadd 0_app_10.0.37.0_ARM.appxupload 1_app_10.0.36.0_x64.appxuploadd 2_app_10.0.36.0_x86.appxuploadd 0_app_10.0.360_ARM.appxupload ...

So, this pull request added new options (disabled by default for backward compatibility) to remove old packages from submission.

@vlechenko We have added 'Delete packages' checkbox which will allow you to select how many packages you want to keep in Dev Center and delete rest of the packages. Hope this helps resolve your issues. Let us know how you like it. Thank you very much for your patience!
