Status is stuck on 'In progress via API' #71

I have updated my app's screenshot image(s) in 4 different languages.

The log shows I have successfully uploaded the zip, but even after 24 hours my submission status is "In progress via API" in the Dashboard. If I view the submission, everything is marked as Unchanged.

I appreciate any assistance on this.

I have the same issues for some time. It looks like several issues are causing this issue.

@DS-WEB1 I had the same issue some days ago. I waited for a day or even more. Then I opened the submission and submitted it manual to the store. It seems for me it stucks in the workflow of submission for some reasons.

I have the same issue, somehow it doesn't start the certification process. I although opened the submission and manually started the Certification Process (Submit to Store).
First I had to fix the submitted packages. Because an invalid package was there (duplicate Number) and saving the packages removed it.

It seems to work now again.

I've been seeing this issue also and still am. It appears to be stuck "In progress via API" and the agent is waiting on "CommitStarted". I've also noticed when I look at the submission in partner center it doesn't seem to have the new package (version) included...only the previous.

Can anyone share me the release pipeline you use that run into the issues?

I'm getting the same issue. "In progress via API", no change for 4 days.

I see. There are some similar app submissions got stuck on Windows Store on the stage "In Progress via API" for a while last week. If you can please give me the appId of your application. If you have the submission ID that would be great. I will forward this to the Store Ingestion V team (ingestionapivteam@microsoft.com) because they can really dive deep and investigate the issues.

@louis-wuitton I have just sent the message to them, but I got it rejected. I don't know where to find the App Id. I have taken a snapshot of my app identity. Can you get the required info from it?
