[Samples] Provide Framework Type Editor sample for the blog post(s).

We need the following samples for the Blogpost:

• Simple Sample (Converter only, .NET only).
• (This) Medium difficulty sample (simple Type Editor for complex property) in Framework
• Medium difficulty sample (simple Type Editor for complex property) in .NET
• Sophisticated Sample (Collection Editor) in .NET.

The blog post will iterate on the first (Converter Only), then show the Type Editor in Framework. The blog post will then show, how to port the Framework Type Editor to .NET and provide the required NuGet.

Collection Editor (sophisticated sample) we will do in a separate blog post and PR.

This PR provides the initial Framework sample.
