After a successful install, WinGet will remove the installer file. This has the tendency to leave empty folders in %TEMP%\WinGet

Install several applications using WinGet and navigate to %TEMP%\WinGet in Explorer
No empty folders to be present. If an installer wrote a log to the folder, the folder would remain
