Brief description of your issue

Running a winget command like winget install, followed by another winget command will show winget is not recognized.

Steps to reproduce

Run a command like Winget Install Google.Chrome and then attempt to do another winget command like upgrade

Expected behavior

The winget command will work as ecpected
