Everything looks good to me. Can you add a couple tests just to Microsoft.Windows.Developer.Tests.ps1 verify that the output is as expected.

don't forget to increment the number of dsc resources on line 27 in the test file and set the new registry path with the test path on line 159 in your psm1 file.
