Unable to add tag because what do you want the tag to be? So that, it can be easily find. @jeffwlawson This manifest can be build by wingetcreate.

During the creation of manifest, wingetcreate asks me the silent switches for installer? What do you want the silent switches to do? @jeffwlawson

I'm not sure if this installer has silent switches. Are they required?

Unsuccessful! Because silent switch is needed. This installer don't support silent switch either. I might unable to proceed to Azure Pipeline. @jeffwlawson

According to the strings table inside the InstallShield setup, /S /V/qn should be the silent install string. However, this doesn't seem to work. This will likely have to wait until either a silent install switch is found or winget supports non-unattended installers.
