Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

When updated by winget, the old package gets uninstalled automatically, and all environments and packages will get removed.

Steps to reproduce

• install an old version of any conda installation: minicinda/miniforge/mamba forge ...
• run winget upgrade --all or winget upgrade <package>
• all of your environments are deleted.

Actual behavior

All of environments are deleted without any warning.

Expected behavior

-recognizing and excluding these apps or -running only conda update --all -n base or -backing up environments so they can be restored
