How can we help?

I would like someone else to build the manifest.

Please read and ensure the following

Please provide the following information

Download Page Url: https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/download/ Publisher: gstreamer Package Name: gstreamer.runtime / gstreamer.development

right now only the runtimes are provided at gstreamer.gstreamer. "For development, you will want to install both packages" per freedesktop themselves at https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/download/ The packages should be split into gstreamer.gstreamer.development and gstreamer.gstreamer.runtime so devs know they need both.

@superusercode - According to above comment, this package is preventing us from automated downloading. The package will unable to pass the validation pipeline and rejected to be merged.

@stephengillie Please add https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/labels/Blocking-Issue to this issue, preventing other contributors or moderators from wasting their time.

To clarify, it appears that the runtime has been added, but the development environment's hosting is preventing our automated systems from downloading the package to inspect and scan it. Different companies might have different goals for blocking automated downloads - some might be looking to reduce their data center spend, while others might be looking to modify their security posture.
