Just upgrade the QGIS package

Actual behavior

The previous version is kept

Expected behavior

The previous version is replaced

@bkmeneguello - This seems to be the default behavior of the installer. We could force winget to uninstall the previous version before installing the new version, as long as no user settings would be lost
