It look like it failed. Because it depends on zip-binary. See result, why it failed. Screenshot (259) The application might unable to work correctly when executing on symlinks.

Create manifest successed but an blocking issues need to be resolved.

This package is blocked until support for zipped binaries is implemented in:

microsoft/winget-cli/issues/2711
