I gave this a go at https://github.com/HandyHat/winget-pkgs/tree/ETC.EosFamily-3.2.3.19-86AA40D82EE27E/manifests/e/ETC/EosFamily/3.2.3.19 but couldn't figure out how to have the device drivers silently install:

ETC's support gives the silent install option as /S (https://support.etcconnect.com/ETC/Consoles/Eos_Family/Software_and_Programming/Deploying_Eos_Family_Software_v3_via_a_Corporate_Network) but this does not work for the USB device driver. It appears that to do this silently, ETC's certificate needs to be added to the cert store before installation.

@HandyHat - It seems "driver installation" is not "unattended-able". Maybe we are unable to submit this package to the repository. 😞
