Please describe the changes you would like to see

The download link for v1.12.0 is incorrect and results in a 404. It should be updated to {...}/eza.exe_x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.zip. Specifically, the .exe is missing.

If I use https://github.com/eza-community/eza/releases/download/v0.12.0/eza.exe_x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.zip as the download URL and run ./eza --version, I see the version as 0.13.0. Is this expected?

I don't think that's expected. I'll file an issue with eza to check.
