@dtantono Sorry, I (and may also other contributors/collaborators) can't achieve this.

According to winget-pkgs previous guidelines (seems removed in the latest commits), only "installer-in-zip-file" packages are accepted (a single *.msi, *.appx, *.exe installer file compressed in a *.zip file).

After downloading and extracting TrafficMonitor v1.84.1 x64 and its lite version, I find this package is an "extract-to-install" ZIP file. It also required Microsoft.VCRedist.* package series to provide some important libraries like VCRUNTIME140.dll (which may not previously installed on Windows Sanbox and Azure Pipelines).

This package violate the guidelines, so it could not be accepted.
