Hello,

This package is currently blocked from being upgraded as it was automatically accepting the EULA via a custom switch. The Winget team is currently working on resolving this by adding an accept eula winget command. Until then it's currently blocked.

It might be worth watching for the next build of Winget which might include the new accept eula switch.
