Current: 5.0 New: 5.0-20347 (As of writing this issue)

Please describe the changes you would like to see

The latest stable release of dolphin (https://dolphin-emu.org/download/) is nearly 7 years old by now. New releases come as a 7z file containing a PE and config files, and come out around every other month. Newer versions of dolphin (newer than the one winget is using) contain an auto-updater also.

Looks like an issue with the label; Acctualy requires

Unfortunately there are a couple issues with implementing more-current Dolphin releases.

Dolphin does not seem to include an installer package option (msi or exe) with their new releases
While winget supports zip archive installations, it doesn't currently support 7z
Even if winget did support 7z to accommodate a portable install, it's properly set up a portable installations that use dynamically-linked libraries (DLLs) due to it's use of symlinks
- Handle DLLs for Symlinked executables winget-cli#2711

Our best bet is to hope for the Dolphin team to include installers in their future releases.
