Please add the scope: machine and scope: user to the existing yaml file. Now, the installation line "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_1.23.1791.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\winget.exe" install --exact --id Microsoft.LogParser --silent --accept-package-agreements --accept-source-agreements --scope machine --source winget fails with No applicable installer found; see logs for more details.
