No, it's not.

Hi @amber-m-mvd,

A rehosted installer is available.

I didn't catch this earlier, but we don't support rehosting or other processes to go against the developer's intentions. A package manager should facilitate the relationship between developer and user, not pre-empt or hijack it. If the developer isn't hosting a version of the package, then the version isn't a good fit for our package manager.
