The package is only available by manually double-clicking the symbolic link in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\WinGet\Links\goodbyedpi.exe.

This may fail in the Validation Pipeline ...

This might be okay. Usually, the issue is that it only works from the \DefaultSource or similar folder, and that the symlink in \Links fails to find the DLLs or other required files that are still in \DefaultSource or similar.
