  2. The package seems not support UTF-8, since the install wizard displays a mess in my Windows Sandbox with UTF-8 mode enabled. image

I wasn't able to get the application to operate, so wasn't able to check the UTF-8 situation.

This package aims for both i386 and amd64 from Windows XP to Windows 8.x. It's not aim for Windows 10/11.
