Brief description of your issue

Every time I Winget it will show that there's a new version of CUDA and on Winget install -all, it will download the full 3GB and use a long time to install the same version as was installed last time. every single time.

Steps to reproduce

Run: Winget upgrade or Winget upgrade -all

Actual behavior

It's installing the same CUDA version every time.

Expected behavior
