Please describe the changes you would like to see

We kindly ask for the removal of Araxis.Merge 2024.5981 at manifests/a/Araxis/Merge/2024.5981.

This request is conditional upon the acceptance of PR #176091, the addition of Araxis.Merge 2024.6002. Please do not proceed with this removal unless that PR is accepted.

(This removal is required because we cannot add DisplayVersion fields to the manifests of older versions of Araxis Merge due to overlapping DisplayVersion ranges. See https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/173756#issuecomment-2356525882 and subsequent comments on that thread if further background information is desired.)
