Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

Installing Microsoft Office using the command winget install Microsoft.Office, results in a couldn't install error, with exit code: 4294967295.

The screenshots are from a Windows 11 Pro VM, but the issue is present on regular PCs as well. It seems to be related to #95927, where the issue then seems to be related to an expired certificate.

Steps to reproduce

Open Windows Terminal
Run winget install Microsoft.Office
Accept UAC prompt
Error occurs immediately

Error occurs:

Installation goes though without issues.

Environment

Windows: Windows.Desktop v10.0.22631.4317 System Architecture: X64 Package: Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller v1.23.1911.0

I am experiencing the same issue on Win 10 Enterprise. office installed version is 16.0.17830.20210.
