Could you please try creating manifests using Tools/YamlCreate.ps1, wingetcreate.exe or komac.exe?

Just follow the instructions of the creator and fill in the blanks. Don't forget to test your manifests locally via winget install -m or in Windows Sandbox with Tools/SandboxTest.ps1. If you have an VM instance, it would be better. ❤
