I found the new URL by going to https://www.tenable.com/downloads/nessus, selecting Nessus-10.1.2-x64.msi, and accepting the agreement. This downloads the file from from: https://www.tenable.com/downloads/api/v1/public/pages/nessus/downloads/16105/download?i_agree_to_tenable_license_agreement=true

As far as I can tell, Tenable doesn't offer a stable download location the the 'latest' build. The download URL in winget is currently https://www.tenable.com/downloads/api/v1/public/pages/nessus/downloads/15797/download?i_agree_to_tenable_license_agreement=true. The only difference is the five-digit number in the path, which doesn't obviously correlate to the package version.
