Steps to reproduce

winget install ImageMagick.ImageMagick

Actual behavior

Found ImageMagick [ImageMagick.ImageMagick] Version 7.1.0.40

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue trying to run a winget script in two devices. It seems the last version was released yesterday and the immediately previous one is no longer available at the URL.
