[Package Issue]: ZhornSoftware.Stickies - update completed successfully however winget claims there is still a unknown versionupdate

Brief description of your issue

while the update will complete successfully, winget still claims there is a update available. in addition, winget cannot deduct the version.

Steps to reproduce

install stickies. i originally used chocolatey, however, the package hadn't been updated since 9.0.5.1 (in 2020)
attempt to update to 10.1c
after update completes, run winget upgrade --include-unknown again.

Actual behavior

the update completes successfully, however winget doesn't detect the update.

Expected behavior

winget should recognise that stickies has been updated.

This is because the publisher does not write a version to the DisplayVersion registry key, and only puts the verstion in the name instead. I've reached out to the publisher about this in the past, and they said they will fix it sometime in the future.
