Edit query wiql command not added to Queries section

Describe the bug Install from Marketplace. Edit query wiql command is missing. Switching to new boards experience shows the command. Switching back to prior boards experience removes it again.

Environment:

• Browser [e.g. chrome, edge] Edge
• onpremises (Azure Devops Server/tfs) or hosted (Azure Devops) Hosted
• If using a local installation what version

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to Queries section
2. The command is missing.
