splash screen #1175

Repro Steps

After pycharm flashes back, it opens again with a splash screen, and then opens other apps with a splash screen as well.

Expected Behavior

Application splash screen

Actual Behavior

Application opens normally

I have installed ubuntu 20.04 within wsl2 under win11, occasionally it triggers the application (including but not limited to pycharm, chrome) to splash screen, and after reboot it returns to normal. I have updated the latest drivers and tested the issue in the same environment on two different brands of computers.
