1) Install a bunch (~25 or so) of Linux GUI apps
2) Open the [distro] folder in the Start Menu app list and see that only about half the apps show up

Actual behavior:
About half the GUI apps should show up. One or two apps used to show up but don't anymore. One app sometimes shows up and other times doesn't. At no point does the [distro] folder seem to show more than 15 or 16 GUI apps.
