Repro Steps

Not sure exactly, but I start CLion, maximize and demaximize through the day, then I left it open for a while and tried to maximize once more. Also, this is not the first time this has happened, but I'm not sure what happened the other times.

Expected Behavior

View pane would be normal.

Actual Behavior

Cant see the right border of the window, see attached:

Had this happen with firefox today. I had just opened WSL, and this was the first time pressing maximize:
