Make generated CMakeLists.txt work without Conda on common Linux distros #154

Conda is great, but it would be great if the Yardl-generated CMakeLists.txt worked "out-of-the-box" on common Linux distributions, such as Ubuntu 22.04.

This would, for example, enable building minimal Docker images for tools that rely on Yardl.
