Azure Storage Account not available to run examples recipes #64

Hello everyone, It seems that the Azure Storage Account hosting the MNIST dataset for the hyperband based hyperparameter tuning example is not available anymore : ie that creates an issue within the download_and_upload_mnist_dataset_to_blob function.Would it be possible to fix it? Thanks in advance!
