To begin, you will need:

Azure CLI DotNet Core SDK .NET Core 3.1 Node.js Powershell Git An Azure subscription Note: Please ensure you reboot your machine after the installation of the Prerequisites

thank you for the answer I did everything (re-installation of the necessary applications + PC restart) but the same problem is still there. My question is there another constraint in terms of type of subscription? credit in azure? I don't know I thought of all but without result Thank you erreur
