Merging All_Test-2 changes relating to fixing the AD deployment choice

Currently in main if you choose AD deployment it results in the platform page being inaccessible (likely due to it being switched to SPSO); fixed this by adding missing scopes and granting permissions. Also, added email alias' when you add an email to the platform page to fix issue of; if the user enters their non-primary email they wouldn't be able to access it. Also added UX improvements notably the output of configuration values for b2c setup and the link to the platform page's azure resource so they can debug it.
