Relocate Stream Analytics solution into corresponding src folder #231

Our Long Term Storage solution for Stream Analytics (admittedly quite simple) should exist in a folder /src/LongTermStorage/AzureStreamAnalytics.

This is a little bit confusing, because we create this using a provisioning script and we are keeping those scripts in the setup folder. Part of this task will be to separate out the assets that should be in the src folder from the ones that should be in the setup folder.
