Error retrieving storage keys #7

check_azure_storage.py -p Pay-As-You-Go-3-30-2017-credentials.publishsettings defaultstoragesoutXXXX --table --tx -k clienterror -w 95: -c 99:! Error retrieving storage keys

Any suggestions to what is needed to get past this error?
