Unable to import file to Synchrotab from OneDrive despite both apps being policy managed

Describe the bug: Unable to import file to Synchrotab for Intune from OneDrive despite both apps being policy managed. Error:

**Action Not Allowed

This data is protected by your organization. You must be logged into this app with your account to access it. If you are already signed in with , contact your organization's support team for help.**

No issue importing PDF locally stored on the device.

We are using" Policy managed apps with Open-In/Share filtering" setting. Synchrotab is included in the Intune policy via the bundle ID.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In Synchrotab for Intune hit 'PDF Library'
2. 'Import'
3. Select corporate 'OneDrive'
4. Select PDF file.
5. See error message

Expected behavior: PDF files in OneDrive should be able to open in Synchrotab for Intune

Hi for the LoB app, can you confirm if user login via Authenticator? Could you try logout then login to both LoB app and OneDrive via Authenticator.

Hi @wangxiaoms - yes can login via Authenticator successfully, have signed out and signed back in to both Synchrotab and OneDrive many times. In the video provided it shows signed into Synchrotab and OneDrive. This affects all users - not just one.

Please use the latest release 19.5.0 to test and get logs.

Thanks @wangxiaoms I am waiting on Synchrotab to enable this within their app. Next update expected w/c 22nd July
